Two Locations, Real Growth — and No Digital System Behind It
Cozy Home Furniture & Mattresses was growing — two locations across New York and Connecticut, a steady stream of customers, and a team that was fully focused on running the business day to day. But that growth had outpaced their digital presence entirely.
There was no cohesive website, no paid advertising strategy, and no system connecting their marketing to their operations. They needed a digital partner who could build the foundation and then stay involved to keep it running — not just hand over a website and disappear.

From there we set up and took over their Google and Meta advertising — building campaigns from scratch, managing budgets, and continuously optimizing based on performance. We handled all creative design work for ads and in-store materials using Canva, maintaining visual consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Beyond marketing, we became embedded in their day-to-day operations — supporting their existing ERP system, assisting with inventory management, purchase orders, and delivery scheduling, and troubleshooting operational issues as they arose.
